摘    要:采用盆栽试验研究了砂培和土培条件下,泡囊-丛枝(VA)菌根菌和解磷细菌双接咎对红三叶草生长和磷营养的影响。结果表明:单接种解磷细菌对红三叶草菌根侵染率无显著影响,而菌根菌和解磷细菌双接种对红三叶草生长和磷营养改善有正交互效应,且在砂培条件下效应更为明显。

Abstract:Pot experiment was carried out to study effects of dual inoculation of a species of mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae) and a species of phosphate solubilizing bacteria(Bacillius megtherium) on growth and phosphorus uptake of red clover(Trifolium pratense) grown in post containing P deficient soil or river sand. The results showed that B.megtherium inoculation did not improve the percentage of G.mosseae infecting red clover significantly. Although B.megtherium inoculation increased root and shoot ratio, it did not affect the plant growth and phosphorus uptake greatly. A synergistic interaction between G.mosseae and B.megtherium on growth and phosphorus uptake seemed to be existed in red clover grown in river sand but not in the field soil.
