| 摘 要： | 湖北青砖茶加工历史悠久,文化底蕴深厚,是中国重要的黑茶品类。湖北青砖茶产业发展至今面临着市场分布局限、加工水平较低、质量意识不高、产品多元化不够、品牌建设欠缺、行业人才缺乏的主要问题。转变思维观念、强化质量意识、提升茶叶基地功能、优化产品结构、引导市场消费、注重品牌建设、提升产品附加值、拓展营销渠道和引进行业人才,成为新时代青砖茶企业实现转型升级的关键。

| Abstract: | Chin-brick Tea has a long history and profound culture, and it is an important dark tea category in China.Now the Chin-brick Tea industry has some problems such as limited distribution of market, low level of processing, low quality consciousness, insufficient product diversification, lack of brand construction and lack of talents in industry. Chin-brick Tea enterprises should strengthen quality awareness, improve the function of tea base, optimize product structure, guide market consumption, pay attention to brand building, enhance product added value, expand marketing channels and cultivate talents. |
