摘 要: | CRISPR/Cas9是目前广泛应用的基因编辑技术,其操作方便、效率高、成本低。水稻作为全球粮食安全的战略作物,优质高产的水稻培育尤为重要,CRISPR/Cas9技术为水稻分子育种带来了突破。本文回顾了基因编辑技术的发展,详细介绍了CRISPR/Cas9系统的结构、组成及原理,重点阐述了该技术在水稻分子育种中的应用,探讨CRISPR/Cas9系统存在的问题以及其在分子育种的发展前景。

Abstract: | CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing technology is a widely used gene-editing system,which is easy-to-use,efficient and cost-effective.Rice is a strategic crop for global food security.Thus cultivation of high quality and high-yielding rice is of great importance.The CRISPR/Cas9 technology has brought a breakthrough in rice molecular breeding.This paper reviews the development of gene-editing technology,introduces the structure,composition and principle of the CRISPR/Cas9 gene-editing system,focuses on the applications of the technology in rice molecular breeding and discusses the problems and perspectives of its applications in rice molecular breeding. |
