高职焙烤专业创业教育的探索与思考

摘    要:高职院校开展创业教育是高职教育改革与未来发展的目标之一。结合苏州农业职业技术学院创建创业教育示范院校的建设实际,探讨了高职创业教育的内涵和开展创业教育的必要性。以焙烤专业为例,从修改培养方案、调整课程设置、改革教学方法、加强实践环节、访谈成功人士等方面,总结了创业教育的实践探索,简要分析了高职创业教育中应把握的关键问题。

Abstract:The enterprise education is one of objectives in education reform and future development in high vocational college. According to the example of developing enterprise education in Suzhou Polytechnic Institute of Agriculture,this paper explores the significance of enterprise education and the necessities of developing enterprise education.Taking the professional baking for instance,the exploration and practice of enterprise education from modifying training programs are summaried,adjusting the curriculum,reforming teaching methods,strengthening the practice,interviewing with successful people and so on.The key problems of enterprise education in high vocational college are briefly analyzed.
