| 摘 要： | 为探索早期诊断与治疗猪囊虫病的有效方法，采用ＥＬＩＳＡ诊断大通地区的猪血样１３８２头份，并对其中的７７头进行了剖检验证，还用丙硫咪唑治疗已确诊患囊虫病的猪５８头。试验结果：用ＥＬＩＳＡ检出猪囊虫阳性率为８．０３％；ＥＬＩＳＡ血检与剖检结果的阳性符合率为９２．３％，阴性符合率为９５．３％，总体符合率为９４．８％；丙硫咪唑对猪囊虫的杀灭率为９８．７％，治愈率为９３．７％，经治疗后让机体自身修复７—９个月时，达到鲜销标准的猪为７２．８％—９０．９％。

| Abstract: | In order to obtain an effective method of diagnosing and treating Cysticercosiscellulosae,1382 blood samples from pigs in Datong area were tested and diagnosed by ELISAmethod,seventy seven pigs out of them were slaughtered to verify above diagnosis results,and 58 pigs definitely diagnosed with Cysticercosis cellulosae were treated with albendazole. The results revealed that the positive rate of Cysticercus cellulosae diagnosed by ELISA was8. 03%;The positive coincidence rate between blood- dependant and slaughter- dependant di-agnoses was 92.3%;Negative coincidence rate was 95.3%,the general coincidence rate was94.8%. The percentage of killing Cysticercus cellulosae by albendazole was 98.7%, and itscure rate was 93.7%. It took 7- 9months recovery after treatment,72.8%- 90. 9%of theinfested pigs can reach the criterion to sale in the market. |
