| 摘 要： | 充分发挥农业综合开发项目优势，将土地治理与产业化经营项目进行有机结合，是新阶段农业综合开发的一项有重要意义的工作，是实现规模开发，提高投资效益的有效途径。自2008年以来，嵩明县集聚生产要素，优化资源配置．积极探索土地治理与产业化经营相结合，培育农业主导产业，建立起两个规模化和标准化的无公害蔬菜生产基地．为该县调整农业产业结构，发展农业产业化经营，促进农业增效、农民增收，实现传统农业向现代农业转变起到示范和带动作用。

| Abstract: | Full play adv antage of comprehensive agricultural development projects and combine land management with industrial management of projects are an important work of comprehensive agricultural development in the new stage, which are also to achieve the scale of development and improve investment efficiency. Since 2008, Songming County has gathered the production factors, opti- mized the allocation of resources, actively explored the combined land management with industrial management, cultivated the agri- cultural leading industry, and established two large-scale and standardization of the pollution-free vegetable production base. These bring the adjusting of agricultural industrial structure, the development of agricultural industrial management, the increases of agricuhural efficiency and rural incomes and transformation from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture. |
