水稻直播机的排种数检测方法

摘    要:为了突破水稻直播机(稀条播机)工况监测研究的瓶颈,对排种器非单粒排种条件下的排种数检测方法开展了研究.通过设计输种管接头将较密集的种子流完全分散,使部分种子通过检测截面的时刻错开;然后将检测截面分成3个检测区,使得两粒以上种子同时通过同一检测区的概率大大降低;再采用红外光电传感器及其检测电路,分区对排种数进行检测.试验结果表明:不加接输种管接头时,漏检率高达16.7%;加接头但检测不分区时,漏检率降低到6.81%;加接头分3个检测区时,漏检率降低到1.45%.从而解决了电子技术无法解决的非单粒排种条件下排种数检测的难题.

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problems in detecting direct seeders' working state, the methods of counting seeds sowed non-singly by feed mechanism are researched. The innovation of the research is as follows: The relatively dense seeds flows are completely dispersed and a certain number of seeds are staggered from one another when passing the detection section by use of the tie-in of the transmitting tubes; then the detection section is divided into three detection areas, which results in sharp decrease of the chances that two or more seeds will pass the same detection section at a time; the infrared photo sensors and the detection circuit are employed to count the seeding number one area after another. The results of the experiment are as follows: (i) The leakage rate of seeding is 16.7 percent if the tie-in of the transmitting tube is not used. (ii) The leakage rate of seeding can be decreased to 6.81 percent if the tie-in of the transmitting tube is used and the detection is not conducted separately. (iii) The leakage rate of seeding can be decreased to 1.45 percent if the tie-in of the transmitting tube is used and the detection is conducted separately. Consequently, a way is worked out to detect the seeding quantity during the non-singly seeding process.
