油门控制PM自整定方法的研究

摘    要:以TMS320C240 DSP为CPU,采用PID自整定技术,设计了对发动机油门开度的闭环电子控制系统。根据PM法设计了硬件电路,对PM法自整定技术作了论述,最后给出了实测试验结果。试验结果表明,该系统可以满足油门控制要求。

Abstract:By using a DSP (digital signal processor TMS320C240) microprocessor, a closed loop electronic control of engine throttle opening was realized by the PM self-tuning technology. PID (proportion, integral and differential) control method is often used in engineering research, however, it is difficult to select parameters of PID, which can make the control results more accurately. One way of that is utilizing experience of the operators. Another method is to build transfer function of the system to determine PID parameters. This paper discussed the PM design method in detail and designed the circuit based on this method. At last, the experimental result was obtained, which demonstrated that PM method could satisfy the requirements of the engine throttle opening control well.
