摘    要: 为确定烟草赤星病菌GL-6最佳产毒培养条件,作者就菌株的培养方式、培养液类型与产毒时期进行了研究,通过多因素试验方差分析,结果表明GL-6的最佳产毒培养条件为PD培养液静止培养或振荡培养14 d.

Abstract:To make sure the phytotoxin produced conditions of tobacco Alternaria alternata, GL-6 isolate were cultured under the different conditions and the crude toxin liqiud was inoculated on the tobacco seedling. The analysis result showed that when the tested fungus was cultured in potato dextrose liquid medium for 14 d, it could produce a large amount of the toxin which could bring about the tobacco brown spot disease. Both cultural methods can be used for extracting phytotoxin from GL-6.
