| 摘 要： | 云南烟草丛枝症病害四环素治疗无效,可经汁液摩擦和蚜虫传染,病程表现为潜伏期、过敏反应期、缩顶期和丛枝期等4个阶段,细胞内产生质膜体和细胞质泡囊等膜系统畸形病变,病株总核酸中存在特殊的超稳定低分子量RNA,Nested-PCR在病株总核酸中(引物:R16mR1/R16mF2,R16R2/R16F2)未检测到植原体16sRNA基因。说明云南烟草丛枝症病害和烟草丛枝病是不同的病害,病原不是植原体,该病表现出病毒侵染的特征,可能由病毒或类似于病毒的病原引起。依据病害的症状和侵染特征,建议将"云南烟草丛枝症病害"称呼为"烟草簇矮病(Tobacco bushy dwarf)"。

| Abstract: | Tobacco witches' broom symptom diseases spread by sap and aphids, no effect of acheomycin. the process when attacked included four stages: incubation, allergic reaction ,dwarf top and witches' broom; the aberrations of the plasmamenbrane: cytoplasmic vesicles. the tobacco witches' broom symptom diseasesassociated RNA could be detected in the total nucleic acid of the diseased leaf. the 16sRNA of phytoplasma couldnt be detected by NestedPCR (primer: R16mR1/R16mF2, R16R2/R16F2) in the diseased plants. phytoplasma isnt the pathogen of tobacco witches' broom symptom diseases in Yunnan, perhaps which is caused by virus or viruslike thing. To distinguish between tobacco witches' broom and tobacco witches' broom symptom disease in Yunnan, according to the symptoms and the infected characteristics, we advise to substitute the name Tobacco bushy dwarf for Tobacco witches' broom symptom diseases in Yunnan. |
