| Abstract: | This paper reviews the history, production technique, nutrition composition and health function of Spirulina , introduces some food additives, coloring matters, drugs and feedstuff exploited from Spirulina in China and overseas recently, and the status of Spirulina production and expliotation in Yunnan Province. Finally, the strategies of the future development of Spirulina were suggested. |
