转基因抗病毒线辣椒果实品质分析

摘    要:1998和 1 999年 ,以受体品种陕 82 1 2为对照 ,按照国家辣椒干质检标准和陕西省辣椒综合标准比较研究了转基因抗病毒线辣椒 T4 和 T5代的果实品质。结果表明 ,转基因线辣椒保持了受体品种的果型、皱折均匀度和色泽 ,而单果鲜重、果实长度以及干椒的水分、灰分、盐酸不溶性灰分、粗纤维、粗脂肪和辣椒素的含量都与对照相近或优于对照。各项指标均符合国家和陕西省标准

Abstract:The quality characters of fruit in T 4 progeny and T 5 progeny of transgenic chilli pepper resistant to virus were studied and with parent cultivar Shaan 8212 as control in 1988 and 1999 respectively. The results showed that the fruit of transgenic chilli pepper had the same shape, wrinkle, and color as that of Shaan 8212. The fresh fruit weight, fresh fruit length and the quality characters of dry fruit including the contents of water, ash, hydrochloric acid infusibility ash, coarse fiber, coarse fat and capsaicin, in transgenic chilli pepper were equal to or superior to those of Shaan 8212. In conclusion, the fruit quality of transgenic chilli pepper accorded with the demands of state standard or provincial standard.
