| 摘 要： | 对２１只新疆细毛公羊在配种季节进行采精，测量其射精量（ｖ）及精子活率（ｍ）；逐一测量其阴囊周径（ｃ）；并通过颈静脉采血，以测量外周血液中睾酮含量（Ｔ）。统计结果表明，公羊阴囊周径与外周血液中睾酮含量的相关系数ｒｃｒ＝０．８３２１（Ｐ＜０．０１）；与射精量的相关系数ｒｃｖ＝０．８４４８（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而与精子活率的相关系数ｒｃｍ＝０．３９８４（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

| Abstract: | rams semen and blood sampls were collected for semen quality and serum testosterone analysis.The ram scrotal circumference(SC)was determined for each ram.The results indicated that the correlation coefficient of SC with serum testosterone concentration,ejaculate volume and sperm motility were 0.8321(P<0.01),0.8448(P<0.01)and 0.3984(P>0.05)respectively. |
