薏苡、川谷及其F_1过氧化物酶同工酶分析

摘    要:本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,比较分析了薏苡、川谷及其杂种F1的过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明 :薏苡、川谷及其F1的过氧化物酶同工酶表现出明显的种类型和组织器官特异性。在F1植株中未出现“杂种酶” ,且双亲的一些酶带在F1中受抑制未表现出来。利用过氧化物酶可进行薏苡属亲缘关系 ,系统演化、遗传特性差异和杂种优势预测的研究

Abstract::The peroxidase isozymes in different organs from Coix Lacryma-jobi L.,Coix Agrestis L. and their F\-1 hybrids were analyzed by gel electrophoresis.The results indicated that the peroxidase isozyme in different organs among Coix plants had distinct differences. The results also showed that there were not "hybrid band" in F\-1 hybrid plants and some bands of POD from their parents didn't appear in F\-1 plants. It was suggested that the relationship, systemic evolution, genetic variation and hybrid vigor prediction could be studied by analysis of peroxidase isozyme.
