摘    要:分子标记技术是基于生物体基因组的遗传分析方法,在植物的亲缘关系分析、遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建、分子辅助育种、品种鉴定等研究中已有广泛应用。其中微卫星分子标记(Simple sequence repeats,SSRs)技术作为一种新世纪遗传学研究工具,以其信息量大,重复性好、可靠性高和多态性丰富等优点,在植物遗传育种研究中表现出很大的优势。本文简要介绍了简单重复序列(SSRs)标记的分布、功能、技术优缺点和产生多态性的机理,并对SSR标记在植物遗传多样性、遗传图谱构建、基因定位与克隆、分子标记辅助育种等研究中的应用情况进行了综述,为植物资源利用、开发和保护等研究领域的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Molecular marker technology is a genetic analysis method based on organism genome,and is widely used in genetic relationship of plant analysis, genetic diversity and population structure research,genetic Linkage map,marker-assisted selection,species identification and other studies.Which microsatellite markers (Simple sequence repeats,SSRs)technology as a genetic research tool in the new century,with a great advantage in studies of genetics and breeding of plants due to its abundance information,good Repeatability,high reliability and high polymorphism,etc.The reviews has briefly clarified the distribution,function,advantages and disadvantages and Polymorphism Mechanism of SSR in plant genom,and summarized the application of SSR marker in the genetic diversity research,genetlc linkage map const ruction,gene mapping and cloning,QTL analysis,molecular marker-assisted selection and so on.h has been commonly used for the utilizationdevelopment and protection of biological resources.
