厚荚相思扦插育苗试验

摘    要:采用厚荚相思优良单株组培苗作采穗母株,以不同基质及不同生长调节剂处理进行扦插试验。结果表明:以黄心土为基质的扦插生根效果最好,珍珠岩次之,椰糠最差;以NAA处理的插穗生根的效果最好,最高生根率达87%,IBA次之,ABT作用效果最差;不同扦插时间对厚荚相思扦插生根率也不同,7月份扦插的效果明显优于9月份。

Abstract:It was proved by our experiment that the subsoil was the best and the perlite was the better and the chaff of coconut was the worst medium for the coppice sprouts from the superior tissue culture shoots of Acacia crassicarpa with different concentration of NAA, ABT, IBA. The best rooting rate was 87% when the NAA was used as the growth regulator, and ABT the better and IBA the worst one . Different period of rooted cutting have different effect on rooting rate, July is better than September.
