| 摘 要： | 提出了一套新型的农乡配电网远程数据采集系统。分析农村地区传统通信方式所具有的建设成本高、数据丢失严重、抗干扰能力差等缺点。结合现代通信技术的发展现状，提出了以通用分组数据业务（GPRS）为数据传输平台，结合虚拟专网的隧道传输技术（VPN）的远程数据采集系统，克服了农村传统通信方式所具有的缺点。并针对数据通信的准确性进行了实验，实验表明，GPRS＋VPN的通信方式可以在混乱的公共网络中架设一条独立、安全、稳定的通信隧道，从而实现分布式的RTU与监控中心之间稳定的无线通信，大幅度提高了数据传输的可靠性和安全性。同时，结合上位机软件程序的开发，整个系统能够实现农村地区无人值守、低成本、低维修费用的配电网数据采集与通信系统。
