聚乙二醇对萝卜种子活力与幼苗抗冷性的影响

摘    要:采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)浸种,研究其对萝卜种子活力和抗冷效应的影响。结果发现20%PEG明显促进萝卜种子发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数的提高。低温下,20%PEG处理明显提高幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD) 、过氧化物酶(POD)活性, 明显提高幼苗脯氨酸含量,明显降低丙二醛含量和相对电导率。20%PEG明显提高萝卜幼苗的抗冷能力。

Abstract:Polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000)was used to study the effect on seed vigor and chilling resistance of radish seedlings. The results showed that 20% PEG significantly enhanced germination potentiality, germination index, vigor index. Under Low temperature, 20% PEG treatment significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), the activity of peroxidase (POD), improved proline content significantly , reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content and relative electrical conductivity in leaves of radish seedlings. 20% PEG improved chilling resistance of radish seedlings.
