| Abstract: | This paper reviews the advantages and disadvantages of atmosphere storage.It mainly introduces the recent research progress of atmosphere storage including the impact on product quality and physiological status,research methods of atmosphere storage.Meanwhile,the problems of the development and utilization of atmosphere storage are summarized,and a bright future of atmosphere storage is described. |
