摘    要:乙醇作为提取剂,以姜辣素得率为指标,选择乙醇体积分数、微波功率、微波时间、料液比4个因素进行正交试验,得最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数80%,微波时间120 s,微波功率300 W,料液比1∶14,在微波温度55℃下生姜姜辣素提取率可达1.710 8%。

Abstract:Using ethanol as extraction agent,with the extraction rate of gingerol as the index,ethanol volume fraction, microwave power,microwave treatment time and solid-liquid ratio are selected for the orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum conditions are ethanol volume fraction of 80%,microwave power of 300 W,microwave time of 120 s,ratio of solid of solvent 1∶14.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of Gingerol is 1.710 8% with microwave temperature of 55 ℃.
