Abstract:In order to attain the aims of revolutionary and practical personnel training,the teaching practice of Dairy Science and Technology are discussed including teaching content,teaching methods and means,practical teaching and the means of teaching evaluation.All that can improve the teaching effectiveness and quality to a great degree.
