| 摘 要： | 主要介绍"工作过程导向"下的粮食工程专业粮油储藏技术课程建设情况。通过简洁的理论阐述和具体的工作建设成果的叙述(即:人才培养方案的制定、课程标准的编制、校本教材的编写、实践教学体系的构建等),较为详细地介绍了粮油储藏技术课程建设的思路、步骤和具体的方法,对职业教育课程改革可起到一定的示范效果和参考价值。

| Abstract: | This article mainly introduces the research of the course construction for grain and oil preservation technology in food engineering major which takes the work process as guidance.According to the theories and work achievements,the author introduces the ideas,procedures and methods on the course construction of grain and oil preservation technology in detail. These work achievements include working out the personnel training plan,formulating the standards for the courses,compiling school-based teaching materials,establishing practical teaching system and so on.This article has a high reference value for the curriculum evolution on the vocational education in food engineering major and can play a certain exemplary role in this type of curriculum evolution. |
