| 摘 要： | 为了分析因素法与土地评价中的指数和法对农用地进行分等的优缺点,确定较优的农用地分等方法,对陕西省户县农用地分别用因素法与指数和法进行分等的分等结果进行对比,分析分等单元个数及面积的关系。结果表明两种方法对户县农用地分等的结果中分等单元个数及面积大小分布高度一致,但指数和法更为简便,更适合进行农用地分等,为日后的农用地分等工作提供依据。
