摘    要:为研究Co-salen仿酶清洁漂白技术,采用13C-NMR、1H-13C 2 D-HMQC、31P-NMR核磁共振分析了竹浆Co-salen仿酶处理前后残余木素的结构变化。结果表明:①残余木素苯环开环,甲氧基、酚羟基和脂肪族羟基含量减少,羰基含量增加;木素紫丁香基、愈创木 基结构单元减少,而对羟基苯基结构单元增加。②Co-salen仿酶系统催化氧化竹浆残余木素过程中, β-O-4、β-β、β-5、5-CH2-5’连接键断裂。

Abstract:In order to study the cleaning and bleaching technology of Co-salen biomimetic system, structural changes of bamboo pulp residual lignin during Co salen biomimetic treatment were studied by 13C-NMR, 1 H-1 3C 2D-HMQC and 31P-NMR. It indicated that meth oxyl, phenolic hydroxyl, aliphatic hydroxyl, syringyl and guaiacyl were reduced, carbonyl and p hydroxyl phenyl were increased and the aromatic ring was opened. The linkage of β-O-4, β-β,β-5 and 5-CH2-5’ was cleaved.
