摘    要:以小麦洛夫林10的成熟胚为外植体诱导愈伤,研究了不同培养基对愈伤诱导和愈伤状态的影响。结果表明:以MS+2,4-D3.0培养基的诱导效果最好,出愈率最高达94.03%;在MS+2,4-D1.0+KT0.1培养基上进行继代培养获得松脆型愈伤组织,以此培养基进行液体培养建立了状态良好的悬浮培养细胞。为进一步在单细胞水平探讨激发子诱导寄主产生防卫反应的生理机制提供了便利的试验体系。

Abstract:Mature embryos of wheat lovrin10 were cultured to study the effect of different mediums on callus induction and the estate of the callus. The results showed that in MS+2,4-D 3.0 culture medium the highest ratio of callus induced was 94.03%, and in MS+2,4-D 1.0+KT 0.1 maintenanced medium the embryonal callus were obtained and cell suspension culture of wheat lovrin10 was established.These results provided a good system for further study on how the elicitor can induce the defense reaction of host.
