摘    要:通过剪叶和剪颖花进行源库调节试验,研究了水稻品种“吉农大3号”和“吉农大13号”的灌浆特性。结果表明:“吉农大3号”籽粒干物质积累,灌浆速率,千粒重变化不明显,而“吉农大13号”籽粒干物质积累,灌浆速率,千粒重的变化较大;两品种均为异步灌浆,即存在2次灌浆高峰,“吉农大3号”第1次灌浆高峰大于第2次灌浆高峰。“吉农大13号”第1次灌浆高峰小于第2次灌浆高峰;“吉农大3号”为库限制型品种,“吉农大13号”为源限制型品种。

Abstract:The character of grain filling in JinongdaS ( JND3 ) and JinongdalS (JND13) were studied through source-sink adjustment experiment of catting leaves and glume flowers. The results were as follows : changes of grain dry material accumulation in JND3 were not obvious, nor were those of filling rate and 1 000-grain dry weight, but the changes of filling rate and 1 000-grain dry weight in JND13 were larger; grain filling in the two varieties was asynchronous, grain filling peak of JND3 in the first period was higher than that in the second, and JND13 was the opposite; JND3 is sink limiting type, while JND13 is source limiting type.
