摘    要:利用大气压等离子体装置对茄子种子进行处理,研究不同电压(4420-6800V)大气压等离子体处理种子后对茄子生长及产量与品质的影响。试验结果表明:不同电压等离子体处理茄子种子后对植株生长发育以及产量与品质的影响效果不同。等离子体处理8个组的株高、展开度、根深、根幅以及单果重、果长均超过对照。处理后的茄子黄萎病发病率均比对照低。处理后的病毒发病率也相当低。从茄子产量、果重、果长以及抗病性试验数据与统计结果相当吻合,特别是等离子体处理(5780-6120V)电压范围内的大多数指标较好。能为快速提高茄子作物的产量和改善其品质找到有效的途径,对于等离子体技术应用于农业科学、生物科学等交叉学科的发展也具有深远的科学意义。

Effects of Atmospheric Pressure Plasma to the Eggplant Seed on the Eggplant Yield and Quality

Abstract:A atmospheric pressure plasma equipment was designed to understand the effect on the eggplant yield and quality using atmospheric pressure plasma on eggplant seed.The eggplant seeds were treated by the equipment with different voltage from 4 420 to 6 800V,the results show that the effects of different voltage plasma treatments on seed growth were not the same.The plant height,plant extent,root long,root extent,weight and long of single fruit of the eight treatments from 4 420 to 6 800V were increased distinctly.In addition,anti-cyanosis of eight treatments were better than the control,as well as anti-virus.In most indexes of the tests were consistent with the statistical data,especially the effects of voltage betlleen 5 780 V and 6 120 V plasma treatments were better than the other voltages.
