| 摘 要： | 对虾桃拉综合症病毒（Taurasyndrome virus，TSV）是危害对虾养殖的一个重要病原，开展该病毒的分子生物学研究具有重要的应用价值。文章综述了近年来国内外在TSV的病毒分离与鉴别、TSV检测方法的建立与改善、TSV与宿主感染后相互作用机理等方面的研究进展，提出今后应加强对TSV的病毒分离和保存技术、TSV的纯化和攻毒技术、抗TSV相关基因和抗TSV药物等方面的研究，以提高对TSV的预防和控制水平。
