| 摘 要： | 近年来永定县农产品加工业出现了良好态势,主要表现在产业发展加快,企业规模不断扩大,特色比较鲜明,增长机制灵活,综合效益显著等五个方面。但也存在加工总量不足,知名企业偏少,企业实力不强,原料基地分散,管理服务滞后等问题;分析了农产品加工业的发展潜力,提出永定县农产品加工业的发展方向和建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years, farm products processing industry of Yongding county had made a good trend, mainly in accelerating industrial development, expanding companies, more distinct features, a flexible increase mechansim, and significant comprihensive benefit, etc.. However, there are also some problems such as inadequate total processing, few famous enterprises, weak company strength, dispersed raw material base, bad management service, etc..According to analyzing developmental potential of farm products processing industry, we put forward to development direction and suggestion of farm products processing industry in Yongding county. |
