摘    要:选择3个对纹枯病抗性不同的茭白品种,研究其生物酶活性与抗性的关系。结果表明:抗性强的品种过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性高于抗性弱的品种;人工接种以后,各品种间过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性都有不同程度的提高,抗性强的品种峰值高,抗性弱的品种苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性增幅较大。

Abstract:The relationship between the biochemical changes and the resistances to sheath blight of the three water bamboo cultivars were studied in this paper. The results showed that the activities of catalase, polyphenol oxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase in resistant cultivar were higher than that in susceptible cultivar. After inoculation with Rhizoctonia solani, the activities of peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and phenylalanine ammonia lyase in these cultivars were increased variously, and had a higher peak in resistant cultivar, but the activity of phenylalanine ammonia lyase was increased in the susceptible cultivar.
