基于超声波回波分析的单板层积材质量检测系统

摘    要:系统提出一种以超声波回波分析理论建立检测模型的方法,以单板层积材为研究对象,通过超声波换能器探头对其质量进行无损检测,并对超声波回波进行时域及频域实验分析和讨论.分析了FFT变换后的频谱图,通过对比频谱图可判断出单板层积材的质量,实现在线检测.

Abstract:This system presents a method for establishing a detection model using ultrasonic echo analysis theory, and with LVL as the research object, through non-destructive quality detection by a ultrasonic transducer probe, an experimental analysis of the time domain and frequency domain of ultrasonic echo is made. FFT transformed spectrum diagrams are analyzed and through the comparison of the spectrum diagrams, LYL quality can be judged, therefore realizing on-line detection.
