| 摘 要： | 不合理的生产计划可能导致生产出客户不需要的产品而产生大量库存,或者是订单充足但因计划安排不合理造成拖欠订单等问题,进而导致生产计划和生产现场之间的信息脱节.针对传统生产计划中存在的这些问题,提出了以生产时间、产量和主生产计划等为约束条件,采用MCR(Mixing Completion Rate,混合完成率)控制表对生产计划进行控制.实践表明,将此控制工具应用于卡莱轮胎公司的生产中,成功地降低了企业库存,加速了企业资金流动,充分表明了该控制工具在企业生产中具有良好的应用性. |

| Abstract: | Unreasonable production schedules may lead to the production of products that customers do not need, thereby resulting in a lot of inventory, or other issues such as back order caused by irrational scheduling in spite of sufficient orders, thereby resulting in the information dislocation between production plans and production sites. In view of the issues existing in traditional production scheduling, MCR （Mixing Completion Rate） control sheet is proposed to control production plans, with production time, output and main production plan as constraints. Practice shows that the application of this control tool in the production of Carlisle Tire Company has successfully reduced inventory, sped up the flow of corporate funds and fully demonstrated the good applicability of the control tools in the enterprise. |
