香菇菌株出菇性状与产量的相关分析

摘    要:目的]探究不同香菇菌株各出菇性状间的关系,以期得出可推及香菇菌株性状间联系的一般性结论,为香菇栽培提供参考.方法]以68支香菇菌株进行栽培出菇管理,测定20个性状指标,采用SPSS 17.0对数据进行因子分析和通径分析.结果]对20个出菇指标的方差分析表明性状指标间差异极显著(P<0.01).通过因子分析将出菇性状指标按照因子得分归纳为6个因子成分,包括产效因子、单菇质量因子、结构因子、着生及潮次因子、营养生长因子和菌丝菌棒互作效应因子,可以解释73.223%的性状变量信息.通过通径分析得到单棒菇数、菌盖直径、污染率等3个出菇性状指标对单棒产量有直接作用和间接作用的量化结果,分析结果表明自变量与因变量关联程度大小为单棒菇数>菌盖直径>污染率.结论]68支香菇菌株出菇性状的信息可以用6个因子成分表征,性状指标与单棒产量之间关系的多元回归方程为y=-96.616+5.389x1+3.087x2+ 131.744x3.

Abstract:【Objective】The aim of this research was to explore correlationship among fruiting traits of Lentinus edods strains, which will provide reference and guidance for mushroom cultivation. 【Methods】 Sixty-eight Lentinus edods strains were cultivated for fruiting and twenty trait indicators were measured. The SPSS 17.0 software was used for factor and path analysis of data. 【Result】The variance analysis showed significant difference among 20 fruiting indices (P<0.01). From factor analysis, six factors were obtained including the production efficiency factor, single mushroom quality factor, structure factor, the factor of insertion and cropping times, nutrition &; growth factor and mycelia mushroom stick interaction effect factor, which accounted for 73.22% of the total information by factor analysis. Three fruiting trait indicators including the mushroom number of single stick, pileus diameter and contamination rate were directly or indirectly found related to single stick yield by path analysis. The results showed that the degree level between independent variables and dependent variable was: mushroom number of single stick > pileus diameter> contamination rate. 【Conclusion】The information of fruiting traits in 68 Lentinus edods strains may be characterized by using six factors. Further, the multiple regression equation featuring the relationship between trait index and single-stick yield was y=-96.616+5.389x1+3.087x2+131.744x3.
