花粉生活力与苦瓜植株耐冷性的关系

摘    要:目的]探索花粉萌发率与苦瓜植株耐冷性的关系,为筛选强耐冷性苦瓜品种提供参考.方法]在9、12、15、18和25℃温度条件下,将10个苦瓜材料的花粉在培养基中培养,调查花粉萌发率,筛选可区别苦瓜材料的适宜温度.利用筛选的温度对不同苦瓜材料花粉萌发进行测定,同时苗期进行10℃冷害指数测定,分析两者的相关性.结果]15℃可作为区别不同材料花粉萌发率的适宜温度.根据不同苦瓜材料在15℃下花粉萌发率和10℃低温处理的冷害指数差异显著性,均可将参试苦瓜材料分为3个耐冷类型,两者反映的苦瓜耐低温性能基本一致.15℃苦瓜花粉低温萌发率与植株冷害指数间呈显著负相关,相关系数为-0.8646.结论]花粉低温萌发率可作为苦瓜品种耐冷性的鉴定指标.

Abstract:【Objective】The relationship between pollen vitality and chilling tolerance of bitter gourd was studied in the present experiment to provide references for screening chilling tolerant varieties. 【Method】The pollens of 10 bitter gourd varieties were cultured under 9,12,15,18 and 25℃, respectively, to investigate their pollen germination rate and screen suitable temperature for distinguishing different varieties. Pollen germination rates of 9 bitter gourd varieties were investigated at screened low-temperature and chilling injury indicators of nine varieties were determined at 10℃ at seedling stage to analyze their correlation. 【Result】It was found that 15℃ was an appropriate temperature to distinguish pollen germination rates of different bitter gourd varieties. Nine bitter gourd varieties could be classified into 3 chilling tolerant types based on the significance of difference in their pollen germination rates at 15℃ and chilling injury indicator at 10℃, respectively, and their pollen germination rates at 15℃ was significantly and negatively correlated with chilling injury indicator and the correlation coefficient was -0.8646. 【Conclusion】Pollen germination rate at low temperature can be used as identification indicator of chilling tolerance in bitter gourd.
