抗旱拌种剂对玉米生长及产量的影响

摘    要:目的]探讨抗旱拌种剂的不同施用量对玉米幼苗抗旱能力及产量的影响,为干旱地区玉米种子播前拌种处理技术提供参考.方法]按抗旱拌种剂施用量:0(CK)、1.5、3.0、4,5、6.0 kg/ha.设5个处理分别进行室内水分胁迫试验和田间试验.测定各处理对玉米的出芽率、相关农艺性状和成熟期产量的影响.结果]在室内轻度干旱(R=55%)水分胁迫下,抗旱拌种剂施用量为3.0 kg/ha处理的玉米种子发芽势和发芽率最好,与CK相比分别提高9.99%和9.10%,且各农艺性状指标相较CK也有不同程度的提高;在田间试验中,不同施用量抗旱拌种剂处理对玉米不同时期的株高具有促长作用,且对玉米苗期的促长作用大于其他时期,提高了玉米的生物量和鲜产量,其中抗旱拌种剂施用量为6.0kg/ha处理的生物量和鲜产量最高,与CK相比分别提高5.79%和5.25%,处理2次之.结论]在轻度干旱R=55%条件下,施用3.0kg/ha的抗旱拌种剂,可增强玉米幼苗抗旱能力,提高玉米幼苗出芽率及成熟期产量.

Abstract:【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different application rates of drought-resistant seed dressing agents on seedling drought resistance and yield of maize. 【Method】For water stress trial indoors and field test, 5 application rates (0,1.5,3,4.5,6kg/ha) of seed dressing agents were designed to assess their effects on germination rate, relevant agronomic traits and yield in maturity period of maize. 【Result】For the experiment indoors, under slight drought conditions (R=55%), treatment 2(3 kg/ha)brought best germination vigor and germination rate with an increase of 9.99 and 9.10%, respectively, compared with CK. Moreover, maize agronomic trait indicators were slightly higher than CK. For field trial, all the treatments with drought-resistant seed dressing agents application could promote plant height of maize at different growth stages, especially at seedling stage,and increase biomass and fresh yield. The highest biomass and fresh yield appeared in treatment 4, increased by 5.79 and 5.25% over CK, respectively, followed by treatment 2. 【Conclusion】Under slight drought conditions (R=55%),applying drought-resistant seed dressing agents at the rate of 3 kg/ha could enhance drought resistance for maize seedling, and improve seedling germination and maize yield.
