石斑鱼的研究进展

摘    要:通过对石斑鱼当前的繁育、养殖模式及技术、疾病防治、分子水平等研究现状进行综述,发现石斑鱼作为我国南方沿海快速发展的新兴海洋鱼类,拥有广阔的发展前景,但苗种繁育、养殖病害、饲料、养殖方式等4个突出问题严重制约石斑鱼产业的快速发展,因此建议在苗种繁育方面要重点研究生物饵料的稳定培养技术,解决苗种繁育早期活饵供应不足的问题;在养殖病害方面既要加强研发高效疫苗的力度,又要推广“防重于治”的观念;在饲料问题方面应着力探索鱼粉的替代植物蛋白,进行低碳养殖;在养殖方式方面则应着力推广深海网箱养殖和工厂化循环水高密度养殖模式,提升养殖效率,拓展潜在养殖空间,以期促进石斑鱼产业的快速发展.

Abstract:By comprehensively reviewing the research status of Epinephelus breeding, cultivation mode and techniques, epidemic disease prevention and molecular research, it was found that Epinephelus, as a burgeoning fish species, has splendid development prospect. Whereas, four critical issues in fry breeding, epidemic disease, fodder and cultivation mode limited the rapid development of Epinephelus industry. So four corresponding proposals were put forward, the first was to detailedly study stable culture techniques for biological bait to solve live baits shortage in early fry breeding, the second was to strengthen the development of high efficient vaccine, and enhance awareness of prevention triumphing treatment; the third was to make efforts to explore vegetable protein to replace fish meal and develop low-carbon cultivation;and the last was to focus on extending  deep-sea cage aquaculture and industrialized water recycling intensive cultivation mode to improve breeding efficiency and expanding potential breeding space.
