玉米穴施肥装置的设计与仿真

摘    要:针对玉米施肥利用率低的问题,设计了一款穴施肥装置。首先阐述了装置的工作原理,再利用Matlab软件建立数学模型,之后将得到的各部件尺寸的数值在Catia软件中进行三维建模,构建基于Adams软件平台下的运动学模型及基于Abaqus的多体动力学穴施机-土壤有限元模型。结果表明,入土机构能等穴施间距施肥,并通过田间试验验证,平均施肥深度为86.3 mm,施肥深度合格率83%,均符合技术要求。本研究提供一种减少机械与土壤阻力的穴施机构设计,为同类机具的研究提供了参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the low fertilizer utilization rate of maize,a fertilizing device was designed.The working principle of the device was described first,and then the mathematical model was established using Matlab software.The numerical value of each component was modelled in Catia software,and then a simulation model was constructed based on Adams software platform and Abaqus multibody dynamic-hole applying machine -the finite element model of soil.The results showed that the fertilizer can be applied by the equidistant system.The average fertilization depth was 86.3 mm with a qualified rate of 83% through a field test,which met all the technical requirements.
