| 摘 要： | 观察乌龙药茶对高脂血症大鼠血脂水平、尿酸水平调节,以及对肝组织的影响。采用高脂并酒精喂养大鼠建立高脂血症模型,通过药、茶和乌龙药茶分别灌胃,观察大鼠的一般情况及肝、肾组织的病理变化,检测大鼠丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、尿酸(UA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的含量。结果为药、茶和乌龙药茶均能显著降低模型大鼠血液ALT、AST、UA、TCHO、TC、LDL-C、UA、XOD含量,提高HDL-C含量(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中,乌龙药茶作用显著优于药、茶。研究结论,药、茶和乌龙药茶均能显著调节机体的血脂水平和尿酸水平,乌龙药茶表现为药与茶两者协同作用,提示乌龙药茶对高脂血症具有一定的预防保健作用。
