三唑酮拌种对小麦苗期叶片中还原糖和游离氨基酸含量的影响

摘    要:检测了三唑酮拌种对3个小麦品种京双16、丰抗8号、燕大1817二叶期幼苗叶片中还原糖含量、游离氨基酸种类与含量的影响。结果表明:还原糖含量提高20.46%~31.12%;天门冬氨酸含量分别降低49.6%,18.8%和15.5%。苏氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸等含量降低3.3%~100%,缬氨酸含量却提高29.7%~84.1%,丝氨酸等9种氨基酸未呈现出一致性变化。17种氨基酸总含量分别降低28.3%,14.9%和4.2%.

Abstract:The result showed that the reducing sugar contents increased 20. 46%~31.12% in the seedlings leaves of wheat seeds (three cultivars: Jingshuang 16, Fengkang 8,and Yanda 1817) treated with triadimefon. Asp. contents reduced 49. 6 %, 18. 8 %, and 15. 5 %, total 17 free amino acid reduced 28. 3%, 14. 8% , and 42. %, in leaves of treated seedlings of the above three cultivars respectively. Also, contents of Thr. , Ile. Leu.,Phe., Lys., and Arg. reduced 3. 3 % ~100%, but Val. contents increased 29. 7~84.1%.Contents of Ser. and other free amino acid did not reveal similar changes in treated and untreated leaves of the three wheat cultivars.
