肉鸡热应激病理损伤与应激蛋白(HSP_(70))相关性研究

摘    要: 通过血液临床病理学、组织学和免疫组织化学检测技术,对AA肉鸡进行了为期10 h的急性热应激,观察分析了高热应激状态下受试鸡组织损伤及其与HSP70的相关性。热应激受试鸡组织脏器在应激初期即开始出现较明显的组织病理学改变,表现为心肌纤维、肾小管上皮细胞等呈现不同程度的变性、坏死等退行性变化;外周血液中反映受试鸡心肌等细胞组织损伤的肌酸激酶(对照)活性显著升高;反映鸡体基础代谢水平的甲状腺素T3和T4、胰岛素则呈现不同程度的下降趋势。应激持续较长时间(10 h)后受试鸡外周血液中对照含量下降的幅度明显趋缓的现象

Abstract:The relation between tissue damages and intracellular HSP70 distribution of heat stressed broilers wasstudied after 10 h heat stress using clinical pathological, histological and immunohistochemistry technique. Obvioushistopathological lesions, such as degeneration and necrosis of myocardium and renal tubular epithalium, significantinduction of creatine kinase (CK) which refer to myocardium and hepatocytes damages in blood of heat stressed broilers,reduction tendency of thyroxin T3, T4 and insulin, were observed at the beginning of heat stress. It is postulated that thereduction tendency of CK activity is involved in the induction of HSP70 in the myocardium of heat stressed broilers undercontinuing heat stress. It is reasonable to hypothesize that the localization of prominent HSP70 in blood vessel is related tothe vessel function.
