葡萄砧木叶片含水量和相对含水量的研究

摘    要:以9个葡萄砧木叶片为材料,测定其初始鲜质量、干质量和饱和鲜质量,计算其叶片含水量和相对含水量。结果表明,101-14叶片含水量最高,为79.98%;抗砧3号叶片含水量最低,为72.45%。SO4叶片相对含水量最高,为92.34%;贝达叶片相对含水量最低,为81.82%。相对含水量最高的SO4葡萄砧木,抗旱性最强,适宜作为抗旱葡萄砧木。贝达的叶片含水量和相对含水量均最低,抗旱性最弱,不宜作为抗旱葡萄砧木。

Abstract:To nine grape rootstock leaves for material, the initial fresh weight, dry weight and saturated fresh weight were measured to calculate the leaf water content and relative water content. The results showed that 101 -14 leaves had the highest water content , 79.98%; Anti-anvil 3 leaves had water content of the minimum ,72.45%. SO4 had relative water content of the highest, 92.34%; Beida had relative water content minimum , 81.82%. The strongest relative water content was in the highest SO4 grape rootstock, strong drought resistance, suitable as a drought -resistant grape rootstocks. The Beida leaves water content and relative water content were the lowest, the weakest drought resistance, not suitable as a drought-resistant grape rootstocks.
