农村生活污水土地处理对土壤微生物和酶活性的影响

摘    要:通过在污水上部覆土层种植作物,可以达到土地综合利用的目的。为了研究污水土地处理对土壤质量的影响,利用地下升流式高效土地自然净化技术处理农村生活污水的工程设施,从土壤微生物学的角度对系统顶部覆土层土壤微生物数量和酶活性进行了分析。结果表明:污水处理对表层土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌的数量没有明显影响,土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和多酚氧化酶活性均显著增强。随着土层深度的增加,细菌数量大幅度增加,而真菌和放线菌数量逐渐减少;土壤脲酶和多酚氧化酶活性显著降低,而过氧化氢酶活性无明显变化。说明污水土地处理有利于提高覆土层的土壤肥力和促进作物生长,地下升流式高效土地自然净化技术可以在农村推广应用。

Abstract:To study the influence of sewage treatment on soil quality which the corn was planted on top soil to achieve integrated using of soil,the upflow high efficiency natural land purification technology was used as the engineering facilities in rural sewage treatment.The results showed that the microorganisms population and enzymes activities in the top soil layer of the system had minor influence on the population of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in surface soil,while the activities of urease,catalase and polyphenoloxidase in the soil significantly enhanced.With the increasing of soil depth,the bacteria population increased significantly,while the fungi and actinomycetes population decreased.The activities of urease and polyphenoloxidase in the soil significantly decreased,while the activity of catalase was not changed markedly.It suggested that the treatments improved the fertility of top layer soil and the growth of crops,and the technology was feasible to popularize in rural areas.
