摘    要:通过玉米磷高效基因型的筛选,结合传统和现代育种手段培育磷高效型玉米品种,是解决目前土壤磷素利用效率低、节约磷矿资源的1条有效途径。我国有关玉米磷效率资源的筛选工作已有很多报道,但是对耐低磷玉米自交系鉴定指标体系的研究较少。以375份东北三省常用玉米自交系为试材,采用对比试验设计,分别在高磷(CK)和低磷土壤上种植,在玉米10叶期进行症状叶调查,计算症状率并在收获时统计产量;根据症状率级别和产量耐性系数2个指标,对参试玉米自交系进行了耐低磷型的筛选。结果表明:不同玉米自交系在低磷处理下表现出不同的抗性和适应性。低磷胁迫下,绝大部分自交系产量有所下降,其中产量耐性系数〉0.8(相对耐低磷)的自交系有17份,占参试材料总数的4.5%;叶片没有出现症状率的自交系有26份,占参试材料总数的6.93%。375份东北常用玉米自交系中存在着一些磷高效型玉米自交系,这为我国玉米育种提供了宝贵资源。

Abstract:It was an effective method to solve the low phosphorus use efficiency in soil and save phosphate resources that screening maize genotypes of high phosphorus efficiency combining with traditional and modern breeding methods to cultivate varieties with high phosphorus efficiency.There were many reports about the selection of maize phosphorus efficiency resources in China,but there was little research on the identification index system of maize inbred lines under low phosphorus tolerance.Using 375 maize inbred lines common planted in three northeast provinces as materials,which were planted in high phosphorus soil(CK) and low phosphorus soil by contrast test design.The symptoms of leaves were investigated,and the symptom rate was calculated at 10-leaf stage,then at harvest the yield was calculated.According to the leaf symptom rate level and the yield tolerance coefficient,the tested inbred lines were screened for tolerance to low-phosphorus stress.The results showed that the resistance and adaptability were varied in different inbred lines under low phosphorus stress.The yield of most inbred lines declined under low phosphorus stress,and there were 17 inbred lines with the yield tolerance coefficient﹥0.8(relative tolerance to lowphosphorus) accounting for 4.5% of the total inbred lines.There were 26 inbred lines without leaf symptoms,accounting for 6.93% of the total inbred lines.There were some inbred lines with high phosphorus efficiency,which provided valuable resources for maize breeding.
