| 摘 要： | 介绍了对于燥机输出单板的含水率进行实时在线无损检测自动控制系统的原理及构成。采用ＰＩＤ控制规律。系统调节性能稳定准确。保证了单板含水率在工艺要求的范围内。提高了产品质量，同时节约了部分热能。

| Abstract: | The system introduced in the paper may measure on line and automatically control veneer moisture content output from the dryer.Using PID control,the system adjusting performance is stable accurate and makes veneer miosture content in required range of the industrial arts. At the same time,a part of heat energy is saved. |
