| 摘 要： | 在传统农业向现代农业转变进程中,农业的增长方式正面临着从粗放经营到集约经营、从不可持续到可持续的转变。运城农业要建设生态农业大区,实现持续发展,很重要的是资源的可持续利用,循环农业的兴起将有效地解决这一难题,能以最小的成本获得最大的经济效益和生态效益,也为资金、技术的集约利用创造了有利条件。从运城市的实际出发,提出要加强循环农业发展的宣传推进和信息交流,大力推进"生态家园富民工程"、"沃土工程"、"阳光工程",推广太阳能、沼气等可再生能源,努力探索生态农业、绿色农业的发展之路,加快农业循环经济模式的发展,促进资源耗费型农业向资源循环利用型农业转化。

| Abstract: | To construct ecological agriculture and realize sustainable development in Yuncheng,sustainable using resources is very important.As the base of new manufacturing industry and producing grain,cotton and oil,today agriculture of Yuncheng is confronted with tremendous pressures of serious polluting,weak ecological environment and declining ability of sustainable development.Propagandizing and information communicating of development of recycling agriculture should be enhanced.Ecological homestead and enriching-people project,fertile soil project and sunlight project should be advanced energetically.And reproducible energy as solar energy and marsh gas should be extended too.Road of development of green agriculture and economic model of agricultural circulation need to be explored and quickened.Ultimately,the type of resource consumptive agriculture should be changed to the type of resource recycling agriculture. |
