摘    要:以常规粳稻连粳9号为供试品种,使用印刷播种技术分别印刷0.8cm×0.8cm、0.7cm×0.7cm、0.7cm×0.6cm、0.6cm×0.6cm的附种纸,考察其种子分布情况,并为其设置同等播种量的手工播种方式,在同等条件下进行大田育苗和栽插比较。结果表明:1)印刷播种附种纸空缺率低于1.0%,双种率17%左右,种子分布均匀一致;2)4个印刷播种处理所育秧苗素质均高于手工播种对照;3)大田每穴栽插苗数均匀一致,栽插质量显著高于对照。

The Effects of Printing-sowing Technology on Seedling and the Transplanting Quality of Mechanical Transplanting Rice

Abstract:Taking the conventional japonica rice, Lianjing No. 9, as an experimental material, the paper investigates the effects of seedling and transplanting quality caused by different seeding amount at different separation distances of sticking-seed sites ( 0.8 cm × 0.8 cm, 0. 7 cm×0.7 cm,0. 7 cm×0.6 cm,0. 6 cm×0.6 cm) with printing-sowing technology. In the experiments carried out in the field,the distribution of the seeds is examined,and seedling and transplanting quality are compared by using printing-sowing technology with manual sowing on the same seeding amount.The results indicate that the seed vacancy rate with the printing-sowing technology is less than 1%, and the double-seeds rate is about 17% ,and the distribution of seeds is homogeneous. The seedling quality with the printing-sowing technology is higher than that of manual sowing. The transplanting quality with the printing-sowing technology is significantly higher than that with manual sowing, and the transplanting seedling amount per pill is even.
