| 摘 要： | 目的]研究不同生长时期的大青叶（Isatis tinctoria L.）中靛玉红含量差异,以便更有效地利用大青叶。方法]采用高效液相色谱法测定不同生长时期的大青叶中靛玉红含量。结果]不同生长时期的大青叶中靛玉红含量差异很大。前期靛玉红快速积累,7月开始,靛玉红含量上升,到8月中旬达到最高值。随着叶部的生长发育,大青叶中靛玉红的含量在6～7月递增率为24.5%,而6～8月的递增率为113.2%。结论]大青叶不同生长时期的靛玉红含量变化较大,生长后期积累十分迅速。这可为大青叶采收期的制定及品质评价等提供依据。
