应用模糊专家系统处理人造板设备液压故障的探讨

摘    要:根据人造板设备液压系统故障诊断特点,应用专家系统原理,以人造板生产关键设备热压机的液压系统常见故障现象为例,用模糊数学理论和引导式方法,表示液压系统工况的自然语言,使自然语言成为可被计算机处理的指标。在贝叶斯方法的基础上进一步引入了信任似然度理论来分析液压系统的故障。随着判断故障原因证据的增加。可以更准确、快捷地诊断人造板设备液压系统的故障。

Abstract:On the grounds of expert system principle and characteristic of wood-based board working machine fault diagnosis of hydraulic system, using fuzzy mathematical theory and guide method, transformed hydraulic system working status natural language to computer index taking example of wood-based board working machine's key apparatus-hot press's hydraulic system common diagnosis characteristic. Introduced theory of degree of belief confirmation on the grounds of Bayesian method, and analyzed fault of hydraulic system , could draw a conclusion of wood-based board working machine fault of hydraulic system more nicety and speedily along with increasing of proofs of judgement of fault causation.
