H2O2浸种处理提高K326烤烟种子活力的研究

摘    要:通过对七份不同活力水平的K326烤烟种子进行H2O2浸种处理,并应用生理及生化指标对不同的处理结果进行了测定和分析。结果表明:H2O2处理浓度为0.2%,浸种处理K326烤烟种子1天后,可提高中、低等活力水平K326烤烟种子的活力,而对高活力的K326烤烟种子活力则有轻微的抑制作用。这对快速鉴定烤烟种子质量及提高中、低等活力水平的烤烟种子具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:Using H 2O 2 treated with seven different ranges vigor of K 326 flue cured tobacco seed. At the same time ,using physiological chemical index to evaluate their effects.It has been observed that the medium or low vigor K 326 flue cured tobacco seed can be increased its vigor by H 2O 2 treatment .But these treaments are lowering slightly to that of higher vigor. It has important significance for speedy testing flue cured tobacco seed quality and improving the medium or low vigor flue cured tobacco seed .
