| 摘 要： | 为更好地促进社会主义和谐社会建设,结合高校实际,对如何构建和谐高校校园进行了探讨。分析认为,构建和谐高校校园,要坚持科学发展观,以发展促进校园和谐,以“以人为本”思想为指导实现校园和谐目标,以和谐文化营造和谐校园环境,健全各种机制,处理好高校领导班子之间、干群之间、师生之间的关系。

| Abstract: | College is society's important constituent,and is of significance in the construction of socialist harmonious society.It can be said without the harmony of campus,there will be no harmony in the community.In order to construct harmonious campus,we should persist in the concept of scientific development to promote the development of campus harmony.The aspects of "people foremost" should be built up to create a harmonious cultural environment in our campus,to perfect the mechanism,and to process relations of school leaders and mass relations and teachers-students relations in campus. |
